1. Shipping
Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please refer to the individual pages for the most up-to-date information. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. The shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. Once items are in transit, they may take an additional 1-2 weeks for the item to make it to your home.
After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as “white glove delivery.” Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM – 5PM. Rural deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
Pre-order items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only, and are subject to change as we encounter delays. These items are also subject to additional shipping charges. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock, and may not ship immediately.
2. Returns
If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or CUT TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.
In the event that customer gets a shipment with the product damage or deformity. Write us an email with the Images, our customer service will handle and see to the problem.
Please know, it is mandatory for the client to ensure that the size of the furniture fits the door entrances, corridors, elevators, lifts or staircases, our drivers are not responsible to either lift heavy furniture to 1st or any upper floor unless paid and notified in-advance.
Each product has dimensions mentioned for customer ease. Upon delivery of furniture, there’s no return policy or exchange policy, however if any waiver given by the company representative that will be obliged. We assist our customers fully, but change of heart or unlikely demanding favors shall be not entertained by the company.
3. Colors
Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; COEN Home assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
